By booking an appointment with Hush Skin and Beauty, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please read through this information carefully
APPOINTMENTS
You can make an appointment by visiting the salon, calling on 01763 249438 or via our web site www.hushskinandbeauty.com
If you book via the website, you will receive an email confirming the appointment. You will also receive a reminder email 24 hours before the appointment.
If required, depending on the treatment, you may be asked to complete a consultation card. Please arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment in order to complete the consultation card
CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation charge.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Unless required to do so by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your consent.
All treatment, information and records will be safeguarded and will remain confidential.
Consultations and client treatment details will not be discussed with anyone other than the client, unless the client is under the age of 18 or has a care worker, guardian or parent.
Hard copies of New Client Consultation Forms are held in a secure place, adequately safeguarded and not accessible to third parties.
Each therapist working for Hush Skin and Beauty will have access to these records only for the duration of their contract with Hush Skin and Beauty, and solely for the purpose of providing you with the most appropriate treatment.
Personal and identifiable information will not be shared with any third parties, without your prior written confirmation. You are entitled to see the information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date. HEALTH AND SAFETY
All our therapists are qualified for the services that they provide.
All therapists maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and clients are asked to ensure that they also maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.
Hush Skin and Beauty, including the therapists, will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal items during your time at the salon.
Clients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This parent or guardian must give permission for the agreed treatment and will be requested to co-sign the New Client Consultation Form. They will be invited to stay in the room for the duration of the appointment.
Hush skin and Beauty reserve the right to refuse any treatment if a client is physically or verbally abusive towards our staff or demonstrates inappropriate, aggressive or sexual behaviour. Such behaviour may result in a partial or total ban from the salon and may also result in criminal proceedings.
DISCLAIMER
Hush Skin and Beauty provides a variety of beauty treatments
The client has a duty to provide accurate and true medical and personal information, to the best of their knowledge, and to keep Hush Skin and Beauty up to date with details of any medication, symptoms, medical concerns or treatments they are having investigated or undergoing treatment for which is relevant to the beauty treatment.
All therapists at Hush Skin and Beauty may refuse to treat any client or part of their body with just and reasonable cause. Hush Skin and Beauty reserves the right to terminate any appointment at any time if they believe that it is not safe or in the client’s best interest to continue. Likewise, the client has the right to refuse, modify or terminate treatment at any time, regardless of prior consent given.

TERMS OF USE
Hush Skin and Beauty Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards
HUSH POSTAL GIFT CARDS
Hush Skin and Beauty Gift Card system allows you to purchase a postal gift card either at the salon, over the phone or on our web site. The physical Gift Card can be posted to you or directly to the recipient.
HUSH E-GIFT CARDS
You can purchase and send an e-gift card immediately, via email and complete your purchase using a credit/debit card.
You will need the email address for the recipient of your Hush Skin and Beauty Card e-gift card. You may choose to have your e-gift card emailed to the recipient or yourself to print off and give to the recipient.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. (Stripe is certified to the highest industry standards and has obtained regulatory licenses around the world)
You authorize us to charge your credit card, debit card account at the time you purchase your e-gift card
Each e-gift card has a unique Hush Skin and Beauty Card number and QR code associated with it no matter how many times the email is printed out. It can only be redeemed once.

FEES AND EXPIRATION OF CARDS
Hush Skin and Beauty Card have a 12 month expiry date from date of purchase. If a customer misses a booked appointment, Hush reserve the right to deduct a 50% charge as per our general terms.
RECEIPTS
When you use your Hush Skin and Beauty Card, we will provide a receipt if you request one.
ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS
We reserve the right to correct the balance of your Hush Skin and Beauty Card if we believe that a clerical, billing or accounting error has happened and will inform you if this does occur. Please look after your Hush Skin and Beauty Gift Card as we cannot be responsible if it is lost or stolen.
If your Hush Skin and Beauty Card is lost, stolen or destroyed, it cannot be replaced or redeemed and cannot be redeemed for cash.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE HUSH SKIN AND BEAUTY MYREWARDCARD, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE HUSH SKIN AND BEAUTY REWARDS PROGRAM.
These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the Hush Skin and Beauty Rewards program (“Hush Skin and Beauty MYRewardCard"). They do not alter in any way our standard terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Hush Skin and Beauty for other products and services.
Hush Skin and Beauty reserves the right to change, modify and/or to terminate, discontinue or cancel the Hush Skin and Beauty MYRewardCard program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.
Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately by posting the revisions to our web site and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.
Your participation in Hush Skin and Beauty Rewards confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications. Please review these Terms of Use frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to Hush Skin and Beauty Rewards. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in the program.
The Hush Skin and Beauty MYRewardCard program is intended for personal use only and you must be over 18 years of age.
Please read the Privacy Statement carefully to understand how Hush Skin and Beauty collects, uses and discloses information about customers.
Hush Skin and Beauty Rewards is aimed at rewarding and thanking our loyal customers. Members are able to earn and accumulate “Points” that can be redeemed for Hush Skin and Beauty Rewards benefits/promotions offered at certain periods.
JOINING HUSH SKIN AND BEAUTY MYREWARDCARD
You can enrol by visiting our salon and asking one of our staff to become a member.
The registration process may require that you provide the following information: username, password, email address (required in order to receive all eligible Rewards)
GAINING POINTS
You earn Points when you purchase a treatment or product based on the value of your purchase. Points for qualifying purchases are automatically added to your loyalty account.
We may offer you special promotions and points boost at certain times.
For any void purchases, we will deduct the points that you were awarded for that purchase.
HUSH SKIN AND BEAUTY REWARDS
Hush Skin and Beauty Rewards that are determined by the number of points that you accumulate in your account each year. By opening an account and registering, you will be automatically enrolled in Hush Skin and Beauty MYRewardCard program.
Once you reach a specific level of points, you will receive the benefits that are applicable to that level at that time. However, you must continue to earn and accumulate points in order to maintain your benefits.
To maintain all benefits, you must earn at least fifty (250) new points during each consecutive 12-month period following your enrolment date. If you do not earn at least fifty (250) new points in each 12-month period, your balance will automatically reset to zero (0)
OTHER
Points accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards/vouchers.
Your account is personal to you and may not be sold or transferred or assigned to anyone else
You may have only one Hush Skin and Beauty Rewards account
MYREWARDS Card cannot be replaced if Lost.
Without notice to you, Hush Skin and Beauty reserves the right to suspend any Hush Skin and Beauty Card and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in Hush Skin and Beauty MYRewards if we believe in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, or that the use of your account is unauthorised, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
Hush Skin and Beauty may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine accounts that appear to be duplicated. In the event that your participation in Hush Skin and Beauty Rewards is terminated, then all accumulated Points in your account are void.
Without notice to you, Hush Skin and Beauty also reserves the right to “unregister" and make you ineligible for the MYRewards program, If the account has been inactive for One year (12 Months). Inactive is defined as no points earned (No Purchases made). In the event that your account is unregistered or deleted, all accumulated points in your account become void and will be deleted.
Points can only be redeemed against current Rewards on offer at that time and cannot be redeemed against other purchases or altered or changed.
